Units also include energy efficient HVAC plus a ceiling fan.
Units come furnished with a queen bed and nightstand, couch, end table, coffee table, media console, arm chair, and square dining table with 2 chairs.

On the main floor you’ll find a business center area with computers and private work booths, an expansive community room with tv and lounge furniture, plus a shuffleboard table, a fully outfitted kitchen area with dining tables and chairs, and a large fitness room to get the heart pumping. Wifi is available in the amenity spaces. Espero is a 100% supportive community with on-site supportive services available.

Outside has a beautifully designed and landscaped courtyard with a variety of seating options including lounge chairs, built in benches, outdoor tables and chairs, plus a pergola structure provides shade for hot Austin days.
